Our business, CW Motor Services Ltd, which is entirely in UK has been turned down for the FSB (Federation of Small Businesses) scheme for a bank account at Co-op Bank. The bank says it is because of a poor credit rating from Experian. The Experian 'contact us' tab does not work! I want to write to them in UK because that is where the poor credit rating came from. The address is not obvious - the one in USA is.
HELP - please.
